Each session includes a pre-session intake, real-time strategic guidance, and a written summary with action items. You also get 48-hour async Slack access for quick clarifying questions between sessions.
Implementation is scoped separately as a project retainer when you are ready to move from strategy to execution. This distinction keeps advisory sessions focused and your time protected.

What ties it together is this: I know how to take something chaotic and make it coherent.
I work with early-stage founders and startup operators who are building something real and need a thinking partner who can see the full picture, name what is missing, and help build the architecture to support what they are becoming.
